TBN’s Educational Consultant Certificate Program prepares one to become an independent professional in education consulting.
It is primarily geared toward guiding and placing students in the schools in the western countries, mainly the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
There are 3 levels plus apprenticeship depending on the experience and background of the applicant. The certificate program will prepare the candidate on
all areas to be a professional educational consultant; introduction to the industry and profession, how to offer educational counseling services, assist with
college admissions interviews, networking with other consultants and associations and more.
Application requirements:
- Applicants must have a bachelor's degree.
- Applicants must be comfortable with English.
- Applicants must not have a criminal record.

Courses Offered:
- Principles of independent educational consulting
- Introduction to the school systems and curriculums in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand
- Introduction to the societal and school culture of the western worlds
- Overview of the schools in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and their specifics
- Roles and responsibilities of an educational consultant
- Boarding school admissions processes
- College admissions processes
- Mentoring standardized tests
- Coaching interviews and essays
- Business practice: from contracts to placement and visas
School trips are offered throughout the year.
Foundation Level
Foundation Level is for people who had never attended secondary school(s)
in English speaking countries and/or college(s), mainly the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
A successful completion of the Foundation Level is minimum of 7 courses and one school trip.
Intermediate Level
Intermediate Level is for people who had attended secondary school(s) in English speaking countries and/or college(s),
mainly the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
A successful completion of the Intermediate Level is minimum of 5 courses and one school trip.
Advanced Level
Advanced Level is for people who are practicing educational consulting and wish to broaden
their knowledge and build circle of networks.
A successful completion of the Advanced Level is minimum of 3 courses and one school trip.
Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship is to educational consultants with minimum of 3 years of experience who wish to have a year (one cycle) of mentorship.
