Last week, some students could not submit their answers online because of the technical trouble of AP exam.
In response to this trouble, College Board asked the students to resubmit their answers and the students replied with a lawsuit.
The students demand that the College Board score their answers instead of requiring them to retake the test in June, and provide hundreds of millions of dollars in monetary relief.
Online AP exam is not a normal process. COVID-19 practically shut down the nation and all the businesses.
College Board had taken a survey and 91% of the students wanted to take the AP exam this May.
College Board replied to the demand of the students by making the exam available online.
